Job Description: A leading global packaging brand management company seeks an Account Manager to be the main point of contact and relationship manager with a market-leading grocery retailer, delivering strategically aligned Packaging Design Services that exceed client expectations.
About the Role: You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, delivering best practice to ensure service delivery parameters are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for delivering optimum levels of service for the client, maintaining and developing the relationship, and growing the offering through new services.
About you: You will have a proven track record of success in the retail packaging/artwork industry, with significant project management experience, good knowledge of E-commerce, mock-ups, and print knowledge. You will have excellent team management and leadership skills, and be able to multitask and prioritise time allocation across multiple stakeholder groups.
