Role Overview:
As our Email & CRM Specialist, you will own the design, optimisation, and execution of email and SMS campaigns that engage, educate, and convert customers across multiple regions. You will be pivotal in shaping the customer journey, driving business, and enhancing customer experience from pre-purchase engagement to post-purchase support.
Using Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools, you’ll develop strategic, high-impact campaigns across multiple countries, providing valuable insights to enhance our CRM strategy continuously. You will also contribute to the long-term development of the CRM roadmap, ensuring it evolves to meet business needs and market trends.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Email Campaign Development: Design and implement email flows for pre and post-purchase stages, including lead flow sequences, welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and product education series;
* Conversion Optimisation: Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, copy, design, and calls-to-action, with the aim of maximising conversion rates and engagement;
* Copywriting & Creative: Craft compelling, on-brand email content that drives customer engagement. Design resources to create visually appealing templates consistent with our brand identity;
* List Management & Segmentation: Manage and segment email lists within Klaviyo to ensure targeted, relevant communication, optimising open and click-through rates based on customer journey stages;
* Performance Reporting: Define and monitor key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates, to measure success and inform strategy;
* Industry Segmentation: Develop industry-specific segmentation strategies to reach distinct customer groups effectively and personalise messaging;
* Post-Purchase Engagement: Develop post-purchase email series to guide customers on product usage, provide support, and encourage loyalty;
* Data Analysis: Utilise Klaviyo’s analytics to monitor email and SMS performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimise future campaigns;
* International Campaign Management: Tailor email campaigns for our different markets, ensuring relevance, and consistency across all regions. Supported by our EU team;
* Build campaigns to enhance the customer journey and drive additional conversions through text message marketing;
* Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead-generation email sequences to nurture potential customers towards conversion;
* Customer Feedback: Implement post-purchase surveys to gather customer feedback, providing insights for future CRM optimisations;
* Collaborate with the multilingual marketing and customer success teams to ensure email campaigns align.
Required Experience & Skills:
* 2+ years of experience in email and CRM marketing, ideally within an e-commerce setting;
* Strong knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms;
* Proven experience in designing and optimising email campaigns to drive conversion;
* Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content;
* Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (ex: Canva / Adobe Photoshop);
* Demonstrated ability to segment lists and optimise campaigns based on customer behaviour;
* Data-driven with analytical skills to monitor performance and make strategic adjustments.
