Broker Telephone Account Manager
Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.
Location: Cardiff, Hybrid. Although we are flexible on where you are based as long as you are happy to come to Cardiff office at least once a week.
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Broker Telephone Account Manager.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers over the phone.
2. Provide exceptional service and support to brokers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding broker needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and policy administration.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with brokers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide valuable insights to brokers.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends.
Your skills and experience:
1. Previous experience in the Insurance industry preferable but not essential.
2. Ideally an understanding of insurance products and services either with an insurance company or via an intermediary.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships over the phone.
5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
6. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
