Digital Media Manager

Want to make your mark with some of the world’s biggest consumer brands? As our Digital Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital media strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. You’ll have the freedom to gain hands-on experience with some of the leading global consumer products.
The team
This role sits within our clients In-House Media Trading team ‘Applied Media Science’. This team is responsible for the media planning & activation of digital media globally. They currently look after 7 markets and are quickly growing; this role will focus on the UK. Our client work's closely with both external partners such as our agencies and internal teams to ensure we are following Reckitt best practice, sharing learnings and driving our growth.
Main Responsibilities :
Account Management
* Work with media & brand teams to define digital strategies and recommend ways to use digital channels to deliver against business objectives.
* Plan, create, manage and optimise campaigns across various channels to drive key performance metrics
* Ensure global best practices are being implemented in our campaigns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute test and learn plans
* Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Present results to different stakeholders of the company and lead campaign performance meetings.
* Educate wider teams on digital best practice, benefits and purpose of digital media
* Work closely with key partners to keep close to latest industry & platforms developments & testing opportunities to drive our media activations forward.
* Be proactive in sharing good results, case studies to wider teams
Team Management
* Lead and Manage Team Output: Oversee the daily management of all campaigns, ensuring the team meets its output goals.
* Workload Allocation and Prioritization: Allocate tasks and set clear expectations and deadlines. Assist associates in prioritizing their workload effectively.
* Skill Development and Training: Help develop team’s skill set through knowledge sharing and trainings, guide them on best practice
You will be supported by a Lead & Head of in the team who will help and guide you with tasks to ensure performance objectives are met, as well as helping crave out your own training and development plan.
What we looking for:
* Passion for all things digital media and proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful programmatic and/or social campaigns. (Min. 3 years of in-platform experience).
* Demonstrate strong understanding of programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, e-retailer DSPs etc). Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc) and paid search a plus.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of other tech platforms such as CM360, DoubleVerify, GA.
* Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a poiser presenter.
* A desire to grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.
* Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks (your own and the teams) based on deliverables. You will be responsible for junior member’s output.
* Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
* Experience in managing teams, setting objectives, aiding with task prioritisation, and leading by example.
* Experience working with key partners across channels.
