Interim Marketing Manager - Salford Interim Marketing Manager We are looking for an Interim Marketing Manager to join the team on a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave. Joining us as Interim Marketing Manager means you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns for our hotels across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Valor Marketing Director and hotel teams to plan and execute marketing plans and campaigns across Valor's portfolio of hotels. Manage the production of printed and digital collateral, such as brochures, menus, sales tools and presentations. As well as, purchasing of prizes and giveaways and assisting with key events and exhibitions. Help optimise the online presence of Valor hotels across various platforms including brand websites, third-party sites and social media. Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all marketing outputs adhere to brand standards and that our hotels maximise brand campaigns and initiatives. Organise and attend photo and video shoots as well as maintaining a well-organised digital asset library. Provide ongoing support and guidance to hotel marketing teams, fostering a culture of best practice and continuous improvement. Lead on the marketing of leisure clubs and spas. Play an active role in the food and beverage taskforce, which will inform the brief for new menu designs. To undertake travel as necessary to visit hotels, attend marketing meetings and to meet with suppliers and partners. Work closely with our marketing agency, partners and suppliers. Deliverables: Produce high quality and effective marketing collateral, campaigns and activity which demonstrate ROI for Valor hotels. Supports hotel teams in providing marketing advice and guidance, always adding value. Ensure that brand standards are maintained across hotels and Valor. Qualifications: College degree in Marketing or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full mix marketing role, with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google Docs, and Excel. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce compelling content and present ideas effectively. Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong critical thinking skills, initiative, and the ability to propose innovative solutions to senior management.
