We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Floor Layer based in Southend on Sea.
Day to Day Responsibilities for Floor Layer:
1. Carrying out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties.
2. Some of the duties include: Vinyl flooring, laminate, cap and cove, welding, minor plumbing.
Minimum Requirements:
1. NVQ in flooring trade is needed.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience as a floor layer or in related fields such as vinyl, welding, laminate, plumbing, or maintenance. Experience in social housing or domestic properties is preferred.
