Job Description Quality and Improvement Engineer – ET&S Full Time Derby/Hybrid & Bristol/Hybrid What you will be doing As part of the central ET&S Engineering Quality Team the successful applicants will work across the global engineering function supporting engineering quality assurance including audit covering all aspects of internal process, Engineering Standards, compliance and lean improvements. Interfaces include regulators, external standards organisations, suppliers and other functions with RR. Responsibilities • Quality, Improvement and HSE Governance for ET&S ensuring connectivity and consistency with the divisional and functional governance activity • Planning of Internal and Supplier Engineering Assurance Programme with consideration and consultation of the divisional and functional areas • Delivery of Internal and Supplier Engineering Assurance Programme including the support of the Civil DOA and interfaces with other regulators as required • Facilitation and coaching service to improvement activities across Group Engineering and Divisions as required • Capture and assess the causes of delays and bottlenecks in Engineering and work with process and tool owners to drive improvements in designs and development execution across the divisions Why Rolls-Royce?
