What will you do Supporting the global programme manager and global head of protective security with the HSBC Global Protective Security (PS) Strategy in collaboration with JCI. They will be responsible for tracking estate transition to strategic solutions through regular data captures and reporting. They will provide regular support to local JCI delivery teams to deliver security installations on time and on budget, whilst providing high level reporting to the PS leads. How will you do it • Serving as a customer interface to effectively communicate and ensure customer satisfaction. • Measuring, monitoring and overseeing all program activities, operational support and delivery to HSBC by working with the regional and market level operational teams and the regional centre of excellence resources. • Maintaining the Protective Security Estate Directory and Asset Inventory list • Creating and managing regional reporting process for all operational performance. • Preparation of reports monthly to the HSBC Global Head of Protective Security Technology demonstrating program progress month to month and highlighting issues for management attention. • Working with all HSBC Protective Security strategic vendors to manage the security system firmware and hardware lifecycles, feeding information back into the HSBC PS IT and Regional Technology Manager teams. • Provide forecasts of equipment to HSBC Protective Security strategic vendors for upcoming works. • Gathering business requirements in support of new product PoC and developing test scripts. • Liaising with account management teams to track orders, value, and invoicing. • Works with the JCI Global 360 service team to retrieve regular progress updates. • Gathering data to support evaluation exercise and programme planning. • Tracking of product cyber vulnerabilities and working with HSBC PS, JCI and local integrators where necessary to resolve. • Onboarding / vendor management What we look for Required: Experience in project management, security operations, or a related field within a global context. Proven experience in managing and overseeing complex security installations and operations, preferably in a corporate environment. Familiarity with the security industry, including knowledge of security systems, technologies, and vendor management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Fluency in English language Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or security (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly desirable.
