Deliver excellent service and drive revenue in our busy hotel as Bar Manager.
Responsibilities include managing rotas, staff levels, and skills; being the point of call for management issues; and creating and serving drinks.

We need someone with previous experience in a busy, food-led operation and exposure to supervisory or management duties.
Wine knowledge is advantageous, but a passion for food and excellent service is essential.
This is a hands-on role, so you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service.
