You will provide administrative support and technical coordination to the central Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) team to enable the business unit to ensure continuation of compliance and certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and support continual improvement in health & safety, quality & assurance and environment & sustainability.

You will be responsible for:
* Provide administrative support to the Consulting HSEQ team.
* Using technical input from others, draft management system documents, presentations and briefings.
* Enter and update entries in EcoOnline.
* Collate information and produce reports and KPIs.
* Manage on-line systems such as EcoOnline, Sypol, Workrite and KPI scorecards and provide support to operations staff.
* Participate in the assurance regime to gain experience of how the business operates.
* Other similar duties as required.

We want to hear from you if:
* An entry-level qualification (or working towards) in an HSEQ topic e.g. NEBOSH certificate.
* A mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Good knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI and Power Apps (not essential as training will be given).
* Proficient user of IT with the ability to become proficient in 2nd party platforms as used by the business.
* Experience of administrative duties within the field of HSEQ.
