Job Description
* Writing and submitting high-quality bids on behalf of the company.
* Working closely with the business development team to develop bid strategies.
* Researching and understanding the needs of clients to ensure bids are tailored to their requirements.
* Coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information for bids.
* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
* Ensuring all bids comply with company policies and industry regulations.
* Maintaining a record of all bids, including those won and lost, and providing feedback to relevant teams.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of the bid writing process
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bid Writer should have:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong research skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
