Regional Sales Account Manager

Salary: Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 based upon experience plus competitive OTE. If your salary expectations are outside this bracket, we would still be keen to hear from you.
Location: We have two vacancies, one covering the South and and one for Scotland & North East England. This role will be a mix of field based working, home working and the occasional head office visit. Head office is in Stockton-on-Tees

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Customer, the Regional Sales Account Managers will manage a diverse customer portfolio of salons and professional stylists.
Day-to-day activities will vary based on the needs of your region, focusing on building strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the product range. You will be responsible for driving customer loyalty through exceptional service, ensuring that customers feel supported and motivated to grow their businesses with the products. As the key point of contact for accounts in your region, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and fostering lasting partnerships. Additionally, you will promote the brands to new customers, raising brand awareness and expanding the customer base.
About You
We are looking for someone who possesses:
Experience in Sales or Account Management: Ideally within the hair or beauty industry.
Proven success: A track record of building and growing customer accounts, constantly exceeding targets and expectations.
Sales Expertise: Ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, including upselling, cross selling and lead generation.
Relationship Building: Excellent rapport skills with accounts building long lasting trusted relationships with customers.
Business Consulting Skills : Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, offering valuable business insights.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Driving License: A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential for this role. What is on Offer
