The role requires a creative and talented marketing professional to lead marketing and recruitment activities and events that ensure the college is recognised as the first choice for students in Birmingham and nationally. As the Head of Marketing and Student Recruitment, you will have the autonomy to lead, develop, promote and coordinate a comprehensive marketing and student recruitment strategies and for the College to meet ambitious recruitment targets. Within this role, you will manage the college brand, ensuring that all marketing materials, events and communications reflect Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College branding, support strategic priorities and promote the core values of the College. About you You must be educated to degree level or equivalent within a relevant field and have significant marketing experience, ideally with the education sector. You must be a creative thinker who is target driven and able to create, analyse and interpret data to maximise effectiveness. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written and have confidence to present to an audience and the ability to lead others.
