Elmtree Learning Partnership supports many learners who struggle in mainstream education and some that can find life more challenging from time to time. Our provisions were set up to give these learners the additional support they require with both their education and their emotional well-being.
The aim of Elmtree is simple: to provide every child with the right opportunity and give them access to the learning they need and deserve. If you share our passion for providing the right support to children who need it most, we invite you to come and speak with us on May 12th.
Since opening our first site in September 2022, we now have 6 Alternative provision sites across the Southwest and a dedicated school in Fishponds that can support up to 40 children on a full-time basis. With plans to open more sites by September 2025, we will have the opportunity to support more learners and continue our aim to provide the right chances for all. If you want to be part of this journey or just hear more about the roles we can offer, we would like to meet with you.
If you have previous experience in a similar role or good SEND knowledge and understanding, and you are hard-working, reliable, engaging, and supportive, we would like to meet with you.
