Based in our Recruitment Support Centre team, this is a fast-paced role that allows for real ownership and strategic input to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Coaching and developing a team of recruiters, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to deliver recruitment campaigns
* Take responsibility for managing recruitment vacancies
* Implement recruitment strategies for Retail, Beauty, and Healthcare support roles
* Working in partnership with Area Managers, HR Business Partners, and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
* Partnering with hiring managers and the wider HR team to provide solutions for continuous improvement in recruitment.
* Using market insights to develop short- and long-term attraction plans in partnership with the Recruitment Marketing team.
* Driving improvements in candidate experience, employer branding, and talent pipeline strategies.
What youll need to have
* Previous recruitment agency or in-house partnering experience
* Experience in delivering full life-cycle recruitment
* Effective stakeholder management and ability to work collaboratively
* Experience of using creative attraction techniques to deliver great talent pipeline strategies and keep warm methods
* Continuous improvement mindset
It would be great if you also have
* Experience within recruitment
* Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems or CRMs
