We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our Supported Living services in Shepshed and Melton Mowbray. As a Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
* Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Supported Living or care management role
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Salary: Up to £32,000 dependent on experience
