Overview: The Digital Product Manager Apprentice is a multi-faceted role with process improvement and delivery responsibilities. As with any SME, your roles and responsibilities will be varied and evolve over time. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital product strategies Support the team in conducting market research and competitor analysis Gather and document user feedback to help shape product development Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and the marketing team, to ensure successful product delivery Track project timelines and deliverables under supervision Analyse product performance using tools like Google Analytics, user surveys, and feedback forms Present findings and insights to the team to inform product decisions Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, such as specifications and user guides Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product management About you: We love people with passion, and we want that passion to drive change and take us on a journey. Required skills: Strong interest in digital product management and technology Excellent organisational and time-management skills Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and user feedback Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment Entry requirements: Standard entry: Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc) OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role) Plus: 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar) You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
