Job summary Due to expanding our team following merge of practices, we have a vacancy for Full or Part time Pharmacy Technician. We have sites in Eston, Redcar and Loftus. The successful candidate may work across all sites. The successful candidate will work within their professional boundaries and alongside a team of pharmacists in General Practice. They will improve patients health outcomes and the efficiency of primary care team by providing direct, accessible and timely medicines an expertise including face to face contact with patients. The post holder will be an integral part of the general practice team as well as part of a wider pharmacist network and multi-disciplinary team. This includes being a conduit of of patient medicines information in and out of local hospitals. They will work to optimise medication issues to improve patient care and safety and support of clinical staff in the management of patients.
