Your primary focus will be to drive the successful delivery of our product roadmap by gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, creating detailed, crisp, business requirements and user stories, populating and prioritising the product backlog and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure product utilisation and satisfaction goals are met.

Key responsibilities:
* Product Strategy:Develop and own the product roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy. Define and prioritise features that enhance the user experience and contribute to the success of the platform.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive product development process. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared, and solutions are crafted collectively.
* User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the user by conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and analysing data to inform product decisions. Strive for a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
* Product delivery: Take ownership of project delivery ensuring that products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
* Communication: Clearly communicate goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Provide regular updates to the leadership team and other relevant departments.
* Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products. Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, driving continuous improvement in our product offerings.
Skills and experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
* Agile Methodologies
* Experience working in Agile development environments. Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks is a plus.
* Communication Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with remote teams is advantageous.
* Analytical Skills
