Job Title: EUD Analyst
Location: Various locations in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
Contract Length: 6 months from start date

Are you experienced in ICT operational delivery and ready to make a difference in a dynamic environment? We have an urgent requirement for an End User Device (EUD) Analyst to join the team supporting multiple locations across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide an excellent customer experience by supporting end-users and ensuring minimal disruption to services.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests, and problems, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Assist in onboarding new starters, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to Experience Level Agreements.
4. Support moves, projects, and events as required.
5. Identify service improvements and proactively suggest enhancements to the EUD service.
6. Follow established procedures, with a focus on asset management governance.
Required Experience and Skills:
1. Excellent customer service ethos and strong communication skills.
2. Ability to follow documented procedures and processes.
3. Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics, particularly with Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
4. Experience working in ICT operational delivery, with a focus on resolving incidents and improving services.
5. Familiarity with ITIL (V3 or V4) and experience using ServiceNow (desirable).
6. A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role requires travel to multiple locations across the force.
Additional Information:
The role involves working flexibly across various sites, with the possibility of unsocial hours or lone working. A police-authorised vehicle may be provided where required.
