As a Group & Events Sales Manager at The Cadogan, you will join our fantastic sales team who look after each other, our amazing property, and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Meet and exceed budgeted revenues in Groups and Banqueting as per the annual budget.
* Manage all group and event enquiries from the initial proposal to follow up, contracting, and carrying out site inspections to achieve high conversion rates.
* Effectively manage a portfolio of key assigned accounts through planned sales activities, maximizing account potential in terms of rate, room-nights, and events in accordance with overall sales strategies.
* Focus on the growth and continued production of existing assigned group and event accounts, both domestic and international.
* Proactively search for new business opportunities and drive new leads.
* Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial inquiries and contract negotiations to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
* Manage the banqueting budget and provide accurate forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
* Ensure effective communication with other hotel departments to enable smooth operation of in-house groups and functions.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
