Specsavers in Carmarthen is looking for an ambitious and talented Optometrist to join their thriving store. Carmarthen is often dubbed the ‘Garden of Wales’. In October 2023, a new contract for the delivery of eye care services in the community came into force in Wales - Wales General Ophthalmic Services (WGOS). Under the new regulations, optometrists will be able to fully utilise their professional higher accreditations when delivering eye care at primary level.

Minimum Requirements
We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be registered as a member of the General Optical Council (keeping this up to date).
