ChampionX is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer located in Fawley, Southampton. The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of systems, equipment, and processes within the ChampionX Fawley Plant. This role involves analysing the performance and reliability data, developing maintenance strategies, and implementing improvements to maximise the uptime and lifespan of critical assets.

What You Will Do:
* Collect and analyse reliability data from various sources, perform root cause analysis to identify failure modes and their impact, as well as develop and maintain reliability metrics and reports.
* Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Utilise condition monitoring and diagnostic techniques to predict failures, and recommend and oversee improvements to maintenance processes.
* Conduct failure mode and effects analysis and reliability-centred maintenance, and develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
* Collaborate with design and process engineers to incorporate reliability into new product designs.
* Lead reliability projects and initiatives from conception through implementation, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability objectives are met and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Provide training and support to maintenance and operations personnel on reliability best practices. Develop documentation and training materials related to reliability programs.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to reliability and maintenance. Develop and enforce reliability policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
* 3 years of experience in a reliability engineering or maintenance role.
* Proven experience with reliability analysis techniques and tools.
* Proficiency in reliability modelling and simulation software.
* Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
Physical Demands:
This role requires working in a chemical manufacturing plant and requires the ability to climb ladders.
