Contract: FULL TIME at 38 hours per week
Roster: Covers Earlies & Lates between 05:30 and 23:30 approx

Your role requires you to be visible at all times, anticipating customer needs to meet their expectations.
As a Revenue Control Officer, you will be a key member of staff, working in station and on-train environments, including the customer's journey. You will be expected to provide high-quality information, ensure safety and security, promote wellbeing, and protect revenue for Govia Thameslink Railway. Greeting customers politely and professionally at all times is essential.
Your duties include revenue protection, customer service, security, and information provision. The environment can sometimes be demanding, requiring you to work under pressure. It is crucial to promote customer goodwill through high standards of courtesy and proactive assistance.
We seek individuals who can work clearly and accurately under pressure and tight deadlines, think logically, literally, and creatively. You should demonstrate:

Due to shift timings, you must reside in the local area and have access to independent transport to arrive at the station for early shifts, as train services may not always be available.
