Temporary Receptionist / Administrator – Charity based in Liverpool We currently require an experienced Receptionist / Administrator for a temporary role. This is a part time position and likely to last a month. Working hours – 10am – 3pm. £14ph plus holiday pay. Based in the city centre, our client are looking for someone who can start immediately and who has experience working for a charitable organisation and / or that supports vulnerable people. Your role would consist of – General reception, phone and face to face. Taking down details, and helping with filling out forms etc. Booking appointments. Taking referrals and updating systems. We are looking for someone very friendly yet professional, excellent telephone manner, strong IT skills and who has experience working for a similar organisation. We do require a standard DBS for this role and also someone who can start immediately. Please email me with interest. These are set hours.
