We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Head of Brand to lead all brand efforts across digital, retail, and content. If you’re ready to own brand strategy, inspire a talented team, and help scale a fast-growing business, this could be the perfect next step for you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and execute the brand strategy, driving awareness, growth, and engagement across multiple channels.
* Lead creative ideation, managing in-house and external teams to deliver exceptional content.
* Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.
* Drive brand growth through strategic Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
* Oversee multi-media campaigns, managing budgets and resources to maximise ROI.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including digital, e-commerce, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
* Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to drive brand visibility.
* Lead on innovation and ensure the brand stays ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in brand management within a high-growth consumer brand, ideally in wellness or beauty.
* Strong track record of developing and executing brand strategies that drive engagement and growth.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external agencies.
* A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Expertise in omni-channel marketing, with experience in both digital and retail.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
