The successful candidate will oversee health and safety practices across multiple projects, ensuring both on-site safety and robust company-wide HSE documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with regulations and best practices. Conduct site visits to assess risks, perform audits, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing thorough reports and recommending preventive measures. Craft and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safety manuals. Deliver safety training and inductions to staff and contractors. Collaborate closely with project managers to integrate health and safety into day-to-day operations. Requirements: Diploma-level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent). Previous experience in the construction sector Comfortable working on-site and in-office, with a proactive approach to both environments. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
