Job Description: Assisting the global IT controlling team in business partnering the Corporate IT teams based in both London and Paris.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the monthly preparation of actuals by running checks, making correcting journal entries in SAP, and distributing financial reports to Corporate IT teams for their review.
2. Become the first point of contact for IT queries in COUPA (our Source 2 Pay tool), including helping to onboard and train new users, as well as coordinating monthly touchpoints with the UK Accounts Payable team.
3. Facilitate the monthly Phoenix billing validation process (global Tech managed service provided by an external partner), including attending monthly review meetings, updating the billing tracking file and liaising with finance partners based in Paris with the necessary purchase order creation.
4. Help organize and run refresher training sessions of our CRAFT for IT financial reporting tool for Tech and Finance users within Corporate, regional and divisional teams.
5. Assist in preparation for reviews ahead of major forecast cycles, especially at the CorpFIT (IT for Corporate Functions) domain level, and in preparing and validating submission loads of the global SVMO team (Supplier and Vendor Management Office).
6. Help consolidate financial and portfolio data from Corporate teams, divisions and regions, and carry out data validation checks once the submission closes.
7. Assist the intercompany IT recharges process with the UK accounting team and reconcile main recharges accounts.
What You Will Bring:
1. Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
2. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a willingness to dive into the detail and help to solve problems.
3. Effective organisational skills.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
5. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6. An understanding of French would be advantageous, though not essential.
