About the Role
As a key member of our Corby site team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day Food Safety and Quality activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the site supervision team to ensure all activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Compliance and Audit: Conduct regular internal audits, participate in customer and third-party audits, and manage audit findings.
* Investigations and Reporting: Investigate internal incidents, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Training and Development: Carry out induction training for new starters and deliver regular refresher training for site staff.
* Team Collaboration: Establish effective working relationships within the team and across the business.
* Communication: Provide clear advice to the Production Manager regarding nonconforming products.
Key Requirements:
* Education and Qualifications: Food Safety Level 3 (desirable), HACCP Level 3 (desirable)
* Personal Attributes: Good organizational skills, experience with GRSI standards and audits, previous food factory experience, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of Health & Safety, problem-solving skills, computer literacy, and flexibility.
