The Plough & Harrow is a really great looking site which has an already loyal customer base. A two floor trading area pub, it is open plan downstairs with a beautiful bar in front of you as you walk in, with some fixed seating around the edges and high poser tables nearer the bar. The space feels light and airy, however does still have that traditional feel.
Moving up the stairs to the second floor- there is a good sized space which can be either used for overflow dining guests or as a private hire function area. This floor also has its own small bar in this area which can be used for larger functions. Outside the site has seating at the front which is overlooked by the nearby church and also a rear garden space which is fenced off. The rear space also leads into the large carpark for guests to use.
The site benefits from locals to the area and is also a bit of a destination site. There is ample housing in the area that you can take advantage of for sales growth. Currently averaging around £12k a week in sales with a 60/40 sales mix to food. There is huge potential with this pub to also drive live entertainment and bookable events utilising the function space. We are looking for operators that have knowledge of the area, experience in operating a similar sized business and can deliver a company menu.
