As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on those for government and public sector clients. About the Role As a Project Manager within our R&I division, you will: Manage Projects End-to-End: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. Engage with Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with government and public sector clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the project. Coordinate Resources: Effectively allocate and manage resources to optimise project delivery. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination and shared objectives. Manage Risks and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure Quality: Implement robust quality assurance plans to meet client requirements and ensure high-quality outputs. Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and concise updates to clients and stakeholders, including detailed progress reports and presentations. Develop Proposals: Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, quotations, and bids to secure future opportunities. Manage D365 Projects: Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) projects related to your portfolio, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with overall project goals. Proven aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Confidence in maintaining client relationships and delivering regular updates. Desirable Skills and Experience: Previous experience in project management, particularly within government or public sector contexts. Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent). Experience in resource coordination and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus but not required. LI-LP1
