It’s an exciting time to be joining Halton We are looking for 9 passionate, nurturing and caring professionals to join our Family Time Team, to support us to ensure our children have quality family time with their parents, carers and siblings. This will occur, when children are not residing with their parents / carers, for an array of reasons. We work with vulnerable children, and we must ensure we maintain professional relationships whilst managing complex family needs and behaviours. This is a new service area, so you will be integral in developing this highly important role, within Halton, with the aim of ensuring our children’s identity is always promoted. You will receive a bespoke training package, 1:1 support, team learning and reflective group / supervision sessions. Our Executive Director and Director for Children’s Social Care are in full support of Halton being recognised as a Learning and Developing Authority, with a special emphasis on career progression.
