We are looking to recruit a Scheme Manager to lead and support 8 Domiciliary Support Workers/Carers as well as 2 supported living care homes based in Barnsley. You will be committed to ensuring the services are compliant with regulations and will also be focused on delivering high quality, person centered services to the people we support.
Position: Registered Manager
Salary: £14.72 per hour
Location: Barnsley
Job type: Full time, 40 hours per week and you will be required to work on bank holidays, permanent.

We have various services in Barnsley, where we are currently supporting up to 19 individuals. We provide tailored person-centered support to the individuals who live here who have autism, learning disabilities and associated behavior that may challenge.

To be successful in the role of Scheme Manager you will need:
* Have substantial care management experience or at least 2 years’ experience as a Scheme or Deputy Manager.
* It is also essential that you hold/be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma or have a suitable alternative qualification.
* You will need to be able to evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear and supportive leadership.
