About the Role: Win Happy is the home of online entry for our radio competitions. We’re currently at an exciting point in our journey - we’re going through a huge rebrand! And as such, we’re on the lookout for a new creative designer to create assets and campaigns that showcase the life-changing moments of magic that we create every day. Whether it’s a new competition launch, a winner campaign or a billboard, you’ll need to be comfortable working across multiple brands and platforms.
Key Responsibilities: This role is responsible for the creation of our digital and print assets. You will be our brand guardian, creating artwork that really catches attention and delivers impact. You’ll need to be creative, flexible in your approach and able to work at pace.
1. Be the brand guardian for Win Happy and sub-brands such as Make Me A Winner and Cash Register.
2. Creating designs that really bring to life the essence of our competitions.
3. Designing and launching assets for new competitions – from conception to creation, followed by continual improvement and brand elevation to keep our designs fun, exciting and make us stand out in the marketplace.
4. Producing engaging and best-in-class artwork in various formats, across multiple channels, including social media, digital display and in-print.
5. Stakeholder management – internal and external.
6. You will also support other areas of the business, including Planet Offers with design creation.
What We’re Looking For:
* A design allrounder, with experience in producing display ads, digital and social assets.
* Previous design experience in a commercial team is a must – with the ability to present this and your portfolio at interview stage.
* Proven track record of Adobe Design Suite – including Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Experience of video editing is desirable.
* An understanding of marketing, in particular social media marketing to create designs for social campaigns.
* Knowledge of HTML design is a plus.
