We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive Senior Marketing Manager who is ready to take ownership of brand strategy and marketing execution. This is not a narrow product-focused role. We want someone who sees the big picture, building a powerful, enduring brand while driving measurable results through modern marketing tools.
This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager who wants to combine their professional expertise in marketing with their personal passion for horses. Ideally, you will already be well connected in the equine world, and instinctively understand the people, the culture, the audiences, and the needs of our markets (local, UK, Europe, and rest of the world).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across all channels and touchpoints.
* Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency.
* Digital Campaigns: Oversee the development and delivery of digital campaigns (social, web, email, SEO/SEM, content).
* Event Marketing: Manage marketing planning for events, sponsorships, partnerships, and trade shows.
* Sales Support: Support our sales team with retail and trade marketing to strengthen stockist relationships and drive sell-through.
* Data and Analytics: Use data and analytics to monitor performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, nutrition, customer service) to align priorities and activities.
* External Management: Manage external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to deliver creative and campaign assets.
* Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day activities of a larger marketing and digital team through proper planning, structure, and seamless execution of projects/tasks.
* Industry Representation: Represent the brand at industry events and deepen our presence within the equine community.
About You:
Ideally, but not essential, educated to degree level in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Business Management and/or with a Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Data & Marketing, or Chartered Institute of Public Relations accredited qualification. Or able to demonstrate a similar level of qualification through experience.
* Ability to seamlessly navigate between B2B and B2C marketing contexts.
* Demonstrated success in developing and growing consumer-focused brands, ideally in the equestrian, lifestyle, sport, or agribusiness sectors.
* Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision making.
* Excellent writing skills, with the ability to lead others in maintaining our tone of voice.
* Understanding and experience working with key influencers from local heroes to world-renowned Olympic champions.
* Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
* Naturally collaborative, proactive, and adaptable with outstanding leadership and people management skills.
* Able to manage schedules and budgets.
* A horse enthusiast who understands and loves the equestrian world.
