Children's Home Registered Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to manage our brand-new, 3-bed childrens home in Leicester.
About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a committed team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people aged 8-16 with complex social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services
* Develop and implement effective strategies to meet the individual needs of each child
* Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Registered Manager qualification (e.g. Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care)
* Proven experience in managing children's homes or similar settings
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
