The ideal candidate You are not required to hold a Qualified Teacher Status as a cover supervisor Experience within a school environment (non-essential) An interest in student learning and development To be a compassionate and caring individual you will need excellent behaviour management skills and confidence to handle any situation that may arise in the classroom Your role Delivering pre- set lessons- Facilitate learning by following lessons plans and ensuring productive classroom environment.
