Single point for registration, receipt, distribution and issue of all Project Documentation. Interested? Apply now Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrative contact for the project, handling all related matters efficiently. Utilise SAP to place requisitions accurately. Ensure alignment of delivery notes with purchase orders through thorough reconciliation. Act as the central point of contact for all timesheet and time attendance inquiries. Maintain accurate time and attendance records by regularly updating information sourced from timesheets. Keep Resource Tracker, Training Matrix, and other relevant documents up to date. Perform document management tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and encapsulating documents. Oversee site holiday and absence records, coordinating with the HR department as necessary. Update and maintain records of staff holidays, sickness, absence, and other project-related data. Review and assign unique document references and revisions to project documents before submission to clients (using Asite/Aconex). Manage the uploading and downloading of documents on the Share Point VVB Document Control Management portal. Organise filing and archiving of various paperwork for easy retrieval. Offer comprehensive administrative support to the project team. Skills, Experience and Education: Good understanding of administrational processes and best practices Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel/spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience using SAP. Valid UK Driving License Educated to GCSE level, with 4-9 (A-C) grades in English and Maths, or equivalent Flexible, ?can do? attitude in a fast-paced environment. Methodical style of working Good attention to detail Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high quality work This role?s contracted location will be at our office in London. You will be required to travel to sites and offices as and when required.
