Customer Service Administrator

This exciting role will be based at the Sano Physiotherapy Ltd Head Office in Pudsey, Leeds. You will assist the company in providing leading Physiotherapy and Allied Health Professional services to a national database of medico-legal companies, local and national businesses, self-referring clients, and public sector organisations across our 35 sites in the UK.
We are looking to recruit a motivated and outgoing individual into our existing team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will contribute to the daily running of the business. This opportunity will best suit a driven team player who responds well to a busy environment and wants to be a part of an ever-growing company. You will need to be proactive with a good eye for detail to complete tasks to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
* Managing shared inboxes with a team of colleagues and taking responsibility for resolving queries
* Accepting inbound calls from customers and clients
* Making outgoing calls to customers and clients to book physio appointments
* Ensuring that all contacts are dealt with positively and promptly, ensuring that information is processed and communicated and that, where required, calls are properly followed up and fully resolved.
* Guaranteeing that suppliers are given accurate information and communicating with the company’s physiotherapists to ensure the highest possible standard of service.
* Inputting client details accurately into our practice management software.
* Other administrative/customer service duties as and when required under the direction of the Operations and Client Care Managers
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience of at least 1 year in customer service/administrative roles
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including tact and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
* An upbeat, positive and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work well within a team
* IT proficiency; experience using Microsoft Teams is desirable
