Your new role Assist the operational Quantity Surveyors and Buyers within the internal system by adding bill of quantity resources, supplier details, prices, and raising orders for approval on both new and existing sites. Provide additional ad-hoc support to the Group Surveying Managers as required. Record and update progress on the completion of work. Promote and adhere to the Group's values, systems, policies, and procedures. What you'll need to succeed Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail. Methodical, conscientious, and organised, with a commitment to delivering high standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally. Capable of managing and prioritising their own workload and time within a team environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Keen to learn new business systems for the procurement of materials and subcontract packages. Able to work collaboratively with all business functions. Articulate, clear, and credible, able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
