Responsibilities:
Systems Implementation:
Support in the implementation and management of Sage Intacct software.
Lead implementation of Procure Wizard, P2D and WebExpenses ensuring new systems use Sage Intacct Chart of Accounts and dimensions.
Provide training and support to team members on system usage and best practices.Reporting:
Support work on the Snowflake (data lake) implementation to ensure one version of the truth.
Support in the design of reports for the business from Snowflake to ensure impactful dashboards and reports, presenting complex data in a clear and actionable format.
Lead maintaining dashboards, creating extra reports once the 3rd party developers have finished and ensure training / adequate documentation.Ad Hoc:
Working closely with the Head of Finance and assisting on day to day finance systems related tasksRequirements:
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in implementation of finance systems.
