We now have an excellent career opportunity for an International Welfare & Compliance Officer. In this role, you will be part of a designated team, supporting specifically international recruitment including skilled sponsored visas. You will be responsible for supporting the sponsored migrant workers through the recruitment and onboarding journey, ensuring that they have a quality candidate experience at all stages of their sponsored employment with Agincare. That support will continue throughout their time with Agincare, including supporting the migration of wider family (if applicable) and the settlement into accommodation and in the local area.
The role will be offered with a salary of up to £25k plus benefits depending on experience.
About the role:
* Supporting the sponsored migrant workers through the recruitment and onboarding journey and ensuring that they have a quality candidate experience at all stages of their sponsored employment within Agincare.
* Supporting the candidates through all aspects of their integration into Agincare and the local community around their place of work.
* Support the candidates to resolve welfare issues in an effective and timely manner for all parties involved.
* Supporting the production of social media content around the journey and welfare of sponsored staff.
* Assisting the Recruitment Business Partner on the processes and practice of compliance to ensure the business is meeting UK Home Office requirements, to include auditing, monitoring, and reporting on compliance issues related to international recruitment.
* Creating Employee Files if required; completing all administrative tasks necessary in the agreed process.

* Experience within an office environment.
* Experience utilising online technology and social media within a work role.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel/Word.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to understand people and establish individual needs.
* Confident working independently and within a team.
