The role This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start or early in their career within HR and looking to learn and develop their skills. You will be working towards your L3 CIPD HR qualification to support you in the role. You will manage general administrative responsibilities and work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and duties. What you will be doing? Redirect HR related calls, emails or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team. Support the recruitment/hiring process. Maintain records of personnel-related data (probation reviews, payroll, personal information, leavers, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met. Assist with basic level investigations, disciplinary and grievances. Assist with career fairs/placements. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and help maintain the teams agenda. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. Perform inductions, onboarding, and update records with new hires. Manage and coordinate occupational health diary/appointments. Run reports and update KPI tracker. Attend and manage Lincoln Central Employee Forum on a monthly basis. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects. Support other functions as assigned. Weekly agency costing. Coordinate assessment centres and English lessons. Support HR Coordinator with monthly turnover figures. What we want from you? Proven experience in a HR/administrative position Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Experience with HRIS systems Familiarity with social media recruiting (LinkedIn) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Good organisational and time management skill You will be proactive and keen to learn Can do attitude
