Hays are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant on a temporary basis (3 Months) to support the Financial Controller with the transactional processes required before the preparation of monthly accounts. You will also work very closely with the transactional finance teams, picking up transactional work that sits outside the Accounts payable & receivable functions. We are looking for someone with relevant experience of finance systems, including Xero & Syspro.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Cash book reconciliation
* Petty Cash
* Processing of Expenses
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Maintaining a fixed asset register
* Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Support preparation for the year-end audit
* Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications:
* AAT qualified
