Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and executing a full-spectrum marketing strategy across digital, traditional, and content channels
* Driving website performance, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and lead generation
* Creating engaging campaigns and branded content that speak to both B2B and B2C audiences
* Managing agencies and suppliers to deliver value and results
* Using data to shape your approach, tracking ROI, conversions, and customer engagement
* Partnering with sales to support business development and align with commercial goals
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a B2B marketing role within an SME environment
* Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, content strategy, and email marketing tools
* Confident using CMS and analytics platforms to drive decision-making
* Excellent communication skills and creative flair
* A self-starter who’s as strategic as you are hands-on
Bonus Points For:
* Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
* Experience in e-commerce or construction/facilities sectors
