Role Overview
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion for our growing e-commerce business. You’ll be first in the building leading the charge in creating, managing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Criteo/AdRoll, Amazon Ads, and retail media networks like Walmart, eBay, and B&Q.
Operating across multiple regions – including the EU, UK, US, and UAE – you’ll develop regionally tailored strategies that maximise ROAS and align with our overall business objectives. By leveraging your expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and platform capabilities, you’ll ensure we stay competitive in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for innovation, a data-first mindset, and the ability to adapt to diverse markets and emerging advertising platforms.
