Role Overview: You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotations, reviewing clarifications, and attending client meetings. You will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle incoming customer enquiries - providing prompt and professional responses. Quotations: Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements, working closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure feasibility. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our valve supply, management and servicing solutions to provide technical advice and recommendations to customers. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify opportunities. System Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities in the company system. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better meet customer needs. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role, ideally within the valve, industrial equipment, or manufacturing sectors. Technical knowledge of valves, their applications, and related services is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
