We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Team Supervisor to join our Account Management team at our industry-leading packaging and supply chain company in Bradford. This role combines Account Management responsibilities with team supervision, offering an exciting progression opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities of a Supply Chain Team Supervisor:
Act as primary point of contact for an allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Plan and coordinate customer requirements with production schedules and warehouse capacity, managing component supply chain
Lead cross-departmental communication between production, commercial, quality, warehouse, and finance to ensure operational excellence
Proactively identify and mitigate operational challenges while maintaining project deadlines
Manage inventory control through stock sheets, counts, and demand forecast maintenance
Deputise for the Supply Chain Manager, including team management responsibilities
Coordinate between multiple sites to ensure smooth project delivery and production efficiency
Handle regular stock analysis and reporting to maintain optimal inventory levelsRequired Experience & Skills:
Proven track record in customer support or account management
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/SAGE preferred)
Strong analytical and numerical abilities
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong numerical abilities and comfort working with high volumes of data
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in FMCG or packaging industry (advantageous)
