We are seeking a Junior Sales & New Business Consultant to join our expanding Team.
Within this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base, while also offering tailored HR solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
Your passion for sales combined with your understanding of HR processes will drive our growth and establish long-lasting partnerships with clients. You will play an essential role in our efforts to support companies striving to be elite employers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the HR outsourcing sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective networking and prospecting.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and offer tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight our value proposition.
5. Collaborate closely with our chosen marketing partners to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with new clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
8. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
