Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: North East area Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (OTE £100,000) Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission. 40% commission for every new business sale. Company Overview: Join a highly successful and rapidly expanding managed print services company as a Business Development Manager. Our client is a leading multi-brand provider of managed print services, document, and process technologies, partnering with industry leaders such as Ricoh, Sharp, Epson, and Develop. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the North West area as a Business Development Manager. Develop and implement effective approaches to engage prospects and showcase the company's offerings. Achieve quarterly Gross Profit (GP) targets with every new business sale earning a commission of 40%. Build and nurture strong relationships with new clients, focusing on upselling opportunities. Work towards weekly and monthly targets set by management. Maintain clear and positive communication with the company on progress. Potential for future account management of existing clients. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience within Managed Print Services or relevant transferable skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets as a Business Development Manager/Field Sales Representative. Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships at a senior level. Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen as a Business Development Manager. Activity-driven, focused on developing new customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure as a Business Development Manager. Full clean driving license. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a competitive nature, a good level of maturity, and the capability to manage and develop relationships with senior business managers.
